Strauss Group Inc. introduced Syslink Xandria

We warmly welcome the Strauss Group Inc. as our latest customer relying on the System Management Solution syslink Xandria.

Strauss Group Inc. is a food products manufacturer in Israel with focus on dairy products, coffee, chocolate and snack foods. The firm is listed in the TA-25 index of Israel’s 25 largest companies by market cap.

Alon Senderovitz, Team Manager SAP Basis and Authorization at Strauss Group Inc. describes their decision in favor of syslink Xandria:

"We used to monitor our SAP systems with SAP Solution Manager during the last 5 years and our Oracle databases with Oracle EM grid control. We were using SAP Solution Manager 7.01 and tried to find a simple way to migrate our monitoring configuration into our Solution Manager 7.1.As SAP don't provide simple migration procedure, and due to the complexity of the Solution Manager system to configure, change maintain the monitored systems and monitoring configuration we started looking for new solution."
We chose Xandria solution by Syslink and implemented the solution about 2 weeks ago, The installation of the system and the configuration was simple, [...] it took few minutes to configure each system."
"Xandria solution comes with a very good base of pre-configured monitoring and also executes the daily BASIS tasks automatically every day. In addition it has change management capabilities to track profile and configuration changes, a very good notification mechanism, easy to use user and role management, monitor dashboard and more.We still use SAP Solution Manager for EarlyWatch alerts and for other purposes such as central customizing, MOPZ, BPCA, CUA and more, but not for monitoring."
