End of Life and Support) Announcement for Syslink Xandria version 6.0

 This announcement provides as a notification that Syslink Xandria has begun the End-of-Life (EOL) and support process for version 6.0 of Xandria. Version 6.0 served many customers well since June 2016, and is being replaced by Xandria version 7.1.

The upgrade process is straightforward and simple, most customers already upgraded and using this version for over a year.


Xandria v7.1 introduced many exciting new features including

  • Dashboard for complete landscape visibility -new and intuitive dashboards and extensive reporting capabilities provide complete visibility into MSPs and enterprise SAP landscape performance and KPIs and resource utilization
  • Using predictive resource planning companies can proactively budget and plan their hardware and personnel resources, preventing problems from occurring.
  • Real-time audit readiness - using Xandria allows engineers to provide a detailed audit trail for every change done in the system in a press of a button, saving enterprises weeks of preparation while helping ensure compliance with security policies.
  • New interface monitoring features to allow for business process monitoring

End-of-Life and End of Support

No further support, or upgrades to version 6.0. All customers expected to be on version 7.0 or higher

December 31st, 2018

For customers having a current Support Agreement for a product who have elected not to migrate to a new product by the end of engineering support, continued limited technical support assistance will be made available, subject to the availability of resources. This limited assistance after the end of engineering support consists of providing existing interim releases (i.e., updates, if any, developed for the product prior to the end of engineering support) and migration advice to customers migrating to v7.1. It does not include engineering support, new bug fixes or integration of any bug fixes into previous updates.
